Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the BundlePlus Shopify app provided by Developer Console ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

BundlePlus is a Shopify app that lets merchants create product bundles and tiered volume discounts. It runs inside the Shopify admin and adds functionality to your storefront through Shopify theme app extensions and Shopify Functions.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. The app must be used in compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Billing

  • Subscription billing is handled by Shopify Managed Pricing.
  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
  • Refunds and prorations are handled per Shopify's billing policy. We do not process payments directly.
  • Cancelling your subscription is done by uninstalling the app from the Shopify admin.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or attempt to circumvent the app's billing. You will not use the app to send spam, host illegal content, or interfere with Shopify's platform.

5. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, or fraudulent behavior, with or without prior notice.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. On uninstall, data is retained for 48 hours for reinstall continuity, then permanently deleted when Shopify triggers the shop/redact webhook.

7. Warranty disclaimer

BundlePlus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific business results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us through Shopify in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
