How do I create a bundle?
In the app dashboard, open Offers → Create bundle. Add a title, pick the products you want to bundle, set the total price, and save. BundlePlus creates a single Shopify product representing the bundle.
How do I show the bundle on my product page?
Open your Shopify Theme Editor, click Add block on a product template, and pick Dynamic Bundle Selection. The block automatically detects bundles linked to that product.
How do volume discounts work?
You define tiers (e.g. "buy 3, save 10%") in the app. BundlePlus creates a Shopify automatic discount backed by a Shopify Function that applies the correct discount at checkout — no discount code required.
Why isn't my discount showing at checkout?
Check: (1) the discount is Active in the app, (2) the customer meets the minimum quantity, (3) the product is included in the discount's trigger list, and (4) the Volume Discount theme block is added to your product page so customers can see the tiers.
Can I limit a discount to specific customers?
Yes — when editing a volume discount, choose Eligibility and pick the customer group. Per-customer usage limits are also supported.
How do I switch plans or cancel?
Open the app and go to Plans. Production billing is handled by Shopify Managed Pricing — changes appear on your Shopify invoice. To cancel, uninstall the app from your Shopify admin.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Your bundles, discounts, settings, and onboarding progress are kept for 48 hours so that reinstalling within that window restores everything. After 48 hours, all your data is permanently deleted.
How do I request deletion of customer data?
Customer data deletion is handled automatically via Shopify's customers/redact webhook. You can also email us directly and we'll process the request within 30 days.
